We are still working hard to improve our culinary skills.. if we have any

We have been trying some of the recipes that we pinjam from everyone around us. Some turned out alright, some turned out not bad, and some... we are still trying to figure out what's wrong with it. Our siew yuk taste is not bad, and the skin is not perfect.. Like Khim said, that means we didnt get it right. It's all about the skin.
We also pinjam cream sauce pasta recipe from Cheryl + Sharon. It was quite yummy!




We got some recipes on cream puff from the website. Haven't perfected it.. but it was.. sort of edible.



We found our source to some of the herbal soup ingredients.. instant herbal soup ingredients. There are quite a few varieties to choose from.. but we picked this one because it came with a picture on how it suppose to look like and we both thought it looked similar to what we have seen before..

Looks like you guys are ready to cook us a full-blown meal the next time you come back.

By the way, don't despair about the siew yuk. I think it's cause over there, they don't know the best piece to give you so that it comes out super crispy. It looks not bad but Khim is also right... when it comes to siew yuk, the skin is everything!
